Christmas Carol & Cookies

A musical performance put on by the three’s celebrating the Christmas season.

Located in the Chapel. A schedule will come out detailing your scheduled day and details. Cookies will be served in the Chapel Foyer. Parents are invited.

*Rehearsal at 9:30am in the chapel for classes performing each day.

*Classes need to be in Chapel by 1:00 pm (to get ahead of parents arriving).

*Chapel will open at 1:05 to allow parents in.

*Seating will be arranged in sections. Each class will have a section (this will be marked by signage, and you will know at rehearsal what section your class is. The front rows will be reserved for teachers to sit with any children that do not have parents attending.

*Prayer and Welcome from Pastor Dave

*3s perform Baby Jesus, We Love You

*Teachers pass out jingle bells. Rachel will announce to parents to please sing along.

*3s play along to recordings of Jingle Bells and Feliz Navidad with jingle bell instruments (teachers will help pass out and collect instruments, songs will have vocal tracks, put lyrics on screen and invite parents to sing along)

*We will send students to now sit down with their parents to sing along together. Teachers will assist here. “Joy To The World” (Chapel song).

*Final song “It’s Christmastime” (Chapel song)

*Closing announcements and directions.

*Teachers will be stationed at the glass doors to make sure parents sign out before leaving.

Parents will be reminded to sign child out, enjoy a cookie and stroll by the Christmas trees in foyer for photos. Backpacks would be set in a designated location in the foyer to collect after the event.
